Consignment / Package above 2kg should be booked as Parcel X-Press & minimum chargeable weight - 2kgs Maximum weight limit per piece should not exceed 30Kg & the dimension length or breadth or height should not exceed 4ft.
Volumetric Weight: Dead Weight or Volumetric weight whichever is HIGHER should be taken while calculating the rates. Formula for arriving at Volumetric Weight : L X B X H ( in cms ) / 5000 = Weight
Risk Coverage Charges - 3% of declared value or 50/- whichever is higher
Wallet Balance : No Refund will be provide after expiry of concerned plan. Customer can utilize wallet balance for booking of document and rate will be charged as per non-member rate chart (NORMAL X-PRESS Without Daily Pickup).
